Our goal is to make property investment stress-free and financially rewarding for you. That’s why we’ve created a 10 Point Service Guarantee that covers everything from tenant selection to rent payments.

Our Service Guarantee:

 1. One point of contact

You will always deal with a dedicated Senior Property Manager, who will have a full understanding of all matters relating to your property.

2. Fast responses

If your Senior Property Manager can’t take your call during business hours, they will respond to your message within 4 business hours. If you email your Senior Property Manager, they will respond within 1 business day.

3. Letting processes

We will thoroughly screen all prospective tenants, and update you weekly while we are in the process of letting your property.

4. Accuracy

All documentation relating to the management of your property will be error-free.

5. Repairs and maintenance

We will only use qualified tradespeople to repair and maintain your property. All requests for repairs will be responded to quickly, and all repairs greater than your pre-approved disbursement will be submitted to you for approval*.

6. Rent collection

We have a zero tolerance rent arrears policy and will keep you informed of any arrears, so that you can decide whether to terminate the tenancy.

7. Reporting

We will inspect your property quarterly and provide a written report within 10 working days.

8. Privacy

All personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to a third party without your authorisation.

9. Professional Standards

We will act with honesty and integrity at all times, in accordance with Iron Bridge’s documented property management policies and procedures.

10. Guarantee

If we fail to meet any of these standards then 6 weeks’ management of your property going forward, will be provided free of charge.
