Professional Indemnity Insurance
For your protection, and in accordance with Real Estate industry standards, Iron Bridge and its sales staff are covered by professional indemnity insurance.
Iron Bridge recommends that, when assessing a property’s value, a valuation is conducted by an independent valuation firm that is ‘at arm’s length’ from the builder and Iron Bridge.
At no time does Iron Bridge request a fee from its client for the acquisition or development of a new investment property.
With respect to our investment property services, Iron Bridge is licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and receives a commission from building companies in the same way that any other Real Estate company is remunerated.
With respect to the management of rental property, Iron Bridge – through its Property Management division – receives a fee for property management services.
Iron Bridge and its shareholders, employees and contractors are not involved in the ownership of any building company selected to build for our clients.
All of our property investment consultants and management team are residential property investors themselves, whose investment properties are managed by Iron Bridge Property Management.
