Alynda Dow

Alynda has been an invaluable member of the Iron Bridge property management team since 2016. She now holds the position of Project Manager based in the Auckland office, where she oversees and assists landlords and vendors with more extensive repairs and renovations.

Alynda’s previous experience in administration, project coordination and compliance ensures she is well-positioned to carry out the dynamic role of Project Manager. Her peers describe her as friendly, responsive, organised, and process-driven, with an exceptional eye for detail. Combined, these skills and qualities ensure complex projects are managed to the highest standard.

Her natural skill and abilities have been acknowledged in the past, with being nominated as a finalist for the following awards:

Originally from the beautiful Kapiti Coast, Alynda relocated to the North Shore of Auckland, where she has settled with her husband and two children. As a family, they enjoy walking and visiting local beaches. Alynda is also a keen gardener.
