I rented a property through Iron Bridge and had Katy Moore as my property manager, I couldn’t fault her for anything, all my issues and concerns were dealt with very quickly and with the utmost professionalism, I work stupid hours and Katy would make sure if anything needed done or sorted, that it was done at a time that suited me, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager that actually cares because Katy does and it shows.

I’m a NZer living in Dubai and so was dependent on Monique for everything in regards to renting my property. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market is excellent and she went way beyond my expectations! She made sure I got the right tenant – rather than a quick tenant in, she replied to my emails immediately and organised everything from mowing the lawns to getting the power on.

Nick And the team at Iron Bridge have done an excellent job as our property managers. With us being from out of town they were able to do the settlement inspection for us and also arrange with the seller to have access for prospective tenants. This meant within 10 days we had new tenants in and sorted.
