Elliott has been very easy to deal with from the start.  This communication made the whole process easy and quick. We were extremely happy with was the fact that there was a flexible approach to the way we were able to market the two properties “as is” without having to be burdened with taking on additional costs and lost rent etc.

Furthermore, having a fixed flat fee that Elliott was willing to charge meant that it was easy to analyse numbers and make a quick decision.
