When employing a real estate agent, you want to know they will work in your best interests. Our Sell Smart Guarantee ensures you receive the very best service, and a superb result, when you choose to sell with Iron Bridge.
Here’s what we promise:
1. No sale, no charge
In the event that your property does not sell, you will not be charged any fees or expenses whatsoever.
2. Fees that reflect your experience
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, once a suitable buyer is found, you are not satisfied that we’ve given satisfactory effort on your behalf, you can negotiate a reduction in our commission.
3. Pricing with integrity
Our agent will not employ ‘bait pricing’* to promote your property.
4. Qualified buyers only
All buyers will be qualified, to the best of our ability, in advance of viewing your property.
5. Buyers found by the owner
You will have the right to sell or transfer your property to pre-agreed parties without being liable for the full commission of our agent.
6. No lock-in period
You will have the right to cancel our Agency Agreement at any time if you are not satisfied with our performance, provided you give us seven days to rectify any concerns.
7. Special requests
If you have special conditions you wish to include in our Agency Agreement, you can notify us in writing within two business days of signing the Agreement. This will then form part of the Sell Smart Guarantee. If we don’t agree you will have the right to immediately cancel the Agency Agreement without penalty or charge.
