Iron Bridge wins fourfold at the 2022 Tenancy Master Class (TMC) Awards.

Iron Bridge Property Management was honoured to be named a finalist in five out of seven eligible categories for independent offices at the inaugural 2022 TMC Awards.

Hosted on Wednesday evening, 5th October 2022, at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland, we are delighted to announce that Iron Bridge won four awards!

Managing Director Pam Marshall explains, “This level of success and recognition doesn’t happen often. We are exceptionally proud and grateful for our staff and the hard work, passion and commitment they put in every day.”

“Having this acknowledged by a third party amid fierce competition across the country enforces the outstanding quality of our Property Management teams.” Pam continues.

The awards that Iron Bridge received included;

Senior Property Manager Katy Moore stood out within the industry, securing the title of ‘Property Manager of the Year’. Katy was awarded her prize for going above and beyond for her peers, tenants and landlords. She consistently brings an outstanding attitude to the office and exceeds expectations in every cornerstone of her profession.

‘Pod/ Team of the Year’ was taken out by Christchurch’s outstanding duo Ngareta Williams and Ashleigh Payne. This award recognises a group of individuals who excel in all their respective fields as a team. They work together succinctly and are focused on delivering exceptional all-around service to their clients. Often described as the A-Team, Ngareta and Ashleigh are passionate about their profession and thrive from learning from each other.

The Christchurch Property Management office won ‘Office of the Year (large office)’. This award recognises property management offices in the industry that demonstrate excellence in growth, outstanding service and continuous improvement to their services. These offices are ahead of the game and are, without a doubt, leaders in the property management industry.

Unbeknownst to Pam Marshall, she was nominated by her amazing team, so it was with a humble nature that Pam accepted the ‘Manager of the Year’ award. Pam is a natural high-achieving individual and a leader in every sense of the word. She inspires her teams to thrive for the best and lead by example. She understands the difference between leadership and management and that people are the core of everything.

Adam Smith, Managing Director of Iron Bridge, attended the awards night to support the team and said, “I am so proud of our entire team and the accolades they have earned at the TMC awards. We are also very grateful to our many loyal clients – some of whom have trusted us with their investment properties for many years.”
