Iron Bridge Property Management Scores a Hat-trick of Success at the 2023 TMC Awards
Iron Bridge Property Management achieved a remarkable hat-trick of victories at the 2023 Tenancy Master Class (TMC) Awards, held at Shed 10 in downtown Auckland on 14th November. The awards ceremony celebrated the excellence and achievements of outstanding professionals and organisations in the property management industry.
Iron Bridge was honoured to be nominated six times as finalists within five of the independent office categories. This included our Auckland and Christchurch offices going head-to-head as finalists in the Independent Office of the Year Category (large office).

- Office of the Year (Large Office) – Auckland: Our Auckland Property Management office was crowned as the ‘Office of the Year (large office),’ recognising its excellence in growth, outstanding service, and continuous improvement in property management services.
- Excellence in Growth Award – Monique Inglis: Our high-achieving Business Development Manager in Christchurch, Monique, has earned well-deserved recognition for her exceptional skills in business development.
- Pod/Team of the Year – Char Farrimond and Haley Jones: This recognition celebrates Char and Haley’s unique synergy, outstanding teamwork, and commitment to providing first class service to their clients.
