David re-joined the Iron Bridge Auckland team in 2023 as a Senior Property Manager, after a previous stint in 2020, where he stepped in as a maternity leave property manager.
With a decade of experience within the property industry and seven years in property management, David brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to his role. He is recognised for his commitment to fostering exceptional communication, upholding integrity, prioritising client care, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
His educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a major in Property Valuation and Management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s intricacies. Additionally, having completed a salesperson license further enhances his industry knowledge.
Combining his practical knowledge with his academic background David is well-equipped to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with his role as a Senior Property Manager.
Beyond his work life, David finds joy in spending time with his fiancée Claudia, as well as with friends and family. In his free time, he enjoys reading, taking leisurely walks with his dog on the beach, and swimming.
