When Elliot first contacted me about the property I accidentally called him by the wrong name. I explained that we had so many open homes and places we were interested in that I forgot which one I was texting him about. Elliot replied “No problems, you won’t need them after you see Lawrence “.


I appreciated this personable approach and felt that Elliot was one of the few actual humans we dealt with during this period where we saw numerous properties and agents. Most of our interactions with agents felt like robotic, near-automated sales follow ups. The same could not be said for our interactions with Elliot.


He would always reply quickly day or night and was available to speak on the phone whenever we needed.


From a vendors perspective, Elliot had great salesmanship. From a purchaser’s perspective he had an excellent customer relation skills. Elliot also helped us understand the process of purchasing a property as we are first home buyers. We never felt pressured or bullied like we had been told to expect by our peers.


Despite working for the vendor, Elliot became part of our team of different people that made this whole process much more simple than we had expected.


Regarding the rest of the team, our interactions were few but prompt and easy to understand wat was required of us.

Furthermore, having a fixed flat fee that Elliott was willing to charge meant that it was easy to analyse numbers and make a quick decision.
