Sue and the team at Iron Bridge have been amazing. Fast, friendly and reliable service. Sue managed to stay right on top of all the items that needed to be sorted to get the house ready to rent. Advertising for and finding tenants was also a seamless process. I was also amazed at how highly well co-ordinated the Iron Bridge team looking after our rental was. This is pretty unique i.e. the handover from my setup for rental prime contact (Sue) to the landlord prime contact (Jason) was seamless. There was good documentation from Sue to Jason and I never felt like I had to repeat or re-explain items to anyone at Iron Bridge. I interviewed about 6 Property Managers and am 100% satisfied with the decision to go with Iron Bridge.
